This website and online store are operated by MM Solamor Sweden AB, trading as Solamor Design (“Solamor Design”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases from Solamor Design. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials and details as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Solamor Design.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock errors or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at shop@solamordesign.se. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or shipping has begun.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

For orders delivered within Sweden and, where applicable, the European Union, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing and other unforeseen events.

For consumers, responsibility for the goods remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the goods, except where otherwise provided by mandatory applicable law.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.

RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In addition to our voluntary return policy, consumers within the European Economic Area (EEA) generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.

Our 30-day return policy provides additional time and does not limit any statutory rights available to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection law.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at shop@solamordesign.se as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through our website, including the Solamor Design name, logos, product imagery, photographs, videos, graphics, text, designs and other content, is owned by or licensed to Solamor Design unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or any licence to use our trademarks or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties, including payment, delivery, analytics and technology providers.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or services of independent third-party websites. We recommend reviewing their applicable terms and privacy policies before using their services.

SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.

Purchases made through our store are made directly between you and MM Solamor Sweden AB, trading as Solamor Design. Shopify provides the underlying technology and is not the seller of the products purchased from our store.
