SHIPPING POLICY

At Solamor Design, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days after your order has been confirmed. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Any delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing and public holidays.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased as pre-orders are expected to ship within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.

Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
