We hope you love your Solamor piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please submit a return request through your customer account.
Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solamor Design cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding your return. Returns sent without first submitting a return request may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@solamordesign.se so we can assist you.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions. Solamor's 30-day return policy provides additional time and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
